About Facilities Connection

Accuserv launched its unique, customized, and cost-saving, national account supply chain management platform in 1998. Since then, Accuserv has become one of the top national distributors of facility construction components, proudly serving a growing number of regional and national account customers. 

In 2009, Accuserv’s business model expanded through a strengthened partnership with Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions (RSCS).  Through this partnership, RSCS – Facilities Connection was formed to provide Franchisees / Operators a singular location to purchase construction material and facilities items, increasing the benefits provided by the Co-op. 

While the Contractor Connection started as a relatively small operation, RSCS-FC now provides numerous construction items for the Yum! system with great diversity. Franchisees / Operations have access to:

• HVAC
• Plumbing fixtures 
• Restroom packages 
• Floor coverings
• Ceiling systems
• and everything in between for their current facilities or as part of construction projects.  

Facilities Connections products are all incorporated into the RSCS Portal.
